The Creative Company
The
Creative Company was
founded in 1932 in Mankato, Minnesota and is celebrating their
75th anniversary in the publishing industry. The
Creative name fits the company well as their books have caught
the attention of some of the most prominent figures in
children’s publishing. In eloquent prose, the literary
significance of the books published by Creative have been
proclaimed by such notable names as David Macaulay, Jerry
Pinkney, and Ray Bradbury.
The Creative
company specializes in sports team books, picture books and
books where the photograpy and artwork jumps off the page and
grabs you. Some of their images come from masterful artists
like Roberto Innocenti, Etienne Delessert and Gary Kline. |
